Dr. Michael Brusco graduated from Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his ophthalmology training at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.   There he served as a co-chief resident and graduated with the most cataract surgeries in the history of the residency’s program.  Throughout his training he emphasized an academic and evidence-based approach and had the opportunity to publish in peer review journals. 

Dr. Brusco performs cataract surgery, with both  standard and premium lenses, glaucoma laser procedures, YAG capsulotomies.  He also has a special interest in oculoplastic surgeries including blepharoplasty, ectropion.entropion repair, eyelid biopsies and ptosis repair.
